Stellantis Autonomy is back in Jesolo for the 2023 Italian Open

In the year of its 10th edition, the World Para Athletics Grand Prix returns to Jesolo with the 2023 Italian Open, the Italian leg organized by FISPES of the top traveling event in international Paralympic athletics.

The tour, which passes by six world cities on four continents (Tunis, Dubai, Marrakech, Monterrey, Jesolo and Nottwil), will reach Italy from May 8th to the 14th, stopping at Jesolo‘s Armando Picchi Stadium.

The event, which has already met great success in past editions, this year saw as many as 560 Paralympic athletes from 60 countries compete in 69 different competitions in a unique atmosphere.

An atmosphere that brought great results for the home parathletes, who broke 6 Italian records.
We are talking about Davide Bartolo Morana’s record in the 200 T62 and his teammate Nicolas Zani’s in the 200 T33, Gianmarco Ballin‘s record in the 200 T38 and Oxana Corso‘s record in the shot put F35, finishing with Alessia Friscia‘s double record in the 100 metres and in the double distance T47 category.

It has been great days of competition and brotherhood, and we at Stellantis Autonomy are proud to have participated as main sponsor, bringing a new Alfa Romeo Tonale and showing our support for all the athletes who put themselves to the test.
