To the top without barriers with Autonomy and Freewhite Ski Team

Sport in the mountains can be an experience accessible to everyone. With this goal, Autonomy stands alongside the Freewhite Ski Team, a sports association that promotes skiing and outdoor activities for people with disabilities, encouraging participation and personal growth.

The mountains are not just about sport, but also about experience, discovery and freedom.
That is why Autonomy has collaborated for years with the Freewhite Ski Team, an association that promotes skiing and outdoor high-altitude activities for people with disabilities, turning the mountains into a space open to everyone, without exception.

Through winter ski courses and summer multi-sport weeks, children, teenagers and adults can discover skiing, snowboarding and outdoor mountain activities with the support of specialized instructors and adapted equipment. The initiatives take place mainly in Sestriere, where for years Freewhite has developed projects that allow anyone to experience the mountains in safety and independently, even for the first time.

It is not only about sport, but about discovering new abilities, strengthening self-confidence and sharing moments that often mark a turning point in the personal journey of those who take part.

Over the years, the collaboration has led to numerous projects dedicated to high-altitude sport, with the aim of showing that accessibility is not only about everyday travel, but also about the right to enjoy free time and nature without barriers.

Because autonomy does not stop in the city: it continues at the summit, where every descent becomes a true achievement.
