Vanni: Describe Nina Rima in three words.

Nina: Determined, cheerful, and self-ironic.

Vanni: At 17 you lost a leg in a motorcycle accident—what’s your relationship with engines now?
[00:21]
Nina: Let’s say I’m working on it. Right now, if I hear a loud noise it still scares me a bit, but my next goal is definitely getting my driver’s license.
[00:31]
Vanni: You said that educating children about diversity is valuable—do you find it harder with adults or with kids?
[00:36]
Nina: With adults, because if we had educated children earlier, we wouldn’t have issues with the adults of tomorrow.
[00:43]
Vanni: Did the accident change things, or would Nina have become a model and content creator anyway?
[00:49]
Nina: The accident definitely brought out a part of me that helped speed everything up and made me the Nina I am today.
[00:56]
